Refunds and Returns

Once an order has been submitted, we can not make any changes. Be sure to double and triple-check your items, quantities, and shipping info before hitting submit.

If you don't love your purchase please contact us within 14 days of receiving to arrange for a replacement or refund.  Please contact us at support@thewhitespruceco.com with your order number and the item you would like to return and we will provide information about next steps.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the problem quickly. We ask that you provide your order number and a picture of the issue. This will help with quality control and prevention of the same situation in the future. As with returns, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
